A peek into my life...

Boys .....my house is filled with them! Ranging from a 3 year old to a pair of 4 year old identical twins to a full grown adult ( my husband). Life as I knew it prior to having my kids changed to shrieks, laughter, hugs and cuddles, pokes and tickles, wrestles and tumbles, super heroes, hulk, iron man, smurfs and smurfette, copious amounts of dirt and stickiness that somehow keeps coming back after cleaning up! EVERY, SINGLE TIME!!

Needless to say, I love them to bits...from their feather soft hair to their stinky cute toes! I'm hoping to share more of myself, my boys and our lives on this blog. For now, here is my youngest, Adiel, being himself ;)

The Sweet Waiting - Auckland Maternity Photographer

I can assure you there is nothing sweeter than beautiful daydreams in the last few weeks of pregnancy!  Sitting, laying down, relaxing or just doing nothing and soon enough those sweet dreams start floating into our reality - sweet dreams of chunky rolls, the softest pouting lips, whipped cream creamy skin, feather-soft  hair... Ahhh I could go on!!

A beautiful maternity session made even more beautiful by this radiantly beautiful woman - she is just that inside and out. The mighty rain clouds rolled away and the midday sun came out bright and golden as we started this maternity session. The gorgeous light was absolutely fitting to capture her miracle of life! 

I Believe...

I came across this quote while shopping aimlessly on Etsy. I'll admit I'm an Etsy shopaholic at times and constantly waiting on packages to arrive or checking our New Zealand currency against the US dollar ;) All my newborn and baby props and wraps are acquired there. 


Back to the quote: it describes me completely.... down to a T!! Reading it brings a smile to my face and it was exactly what I needed as I sat here engrossed in the piles of editing and getting galleries ready while my little one naps after his big morning of swimming lesson.
